At Swiftie Boards, each resin cutting board is sold as a finished, handcrafted product. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our resin boards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for reasons such as:

Deciding you no longer want the board

Ordering the wrong design

Ordering by mistake

Expecting a different look or feel

Purchasing for someone who no longer wants the item
Please review all product photos, descriptions, and details carefully before placing your order.
Production & Shipping Times
Each resin board takes approximately 4–6 weeks to produce due to the handmade process and required resin curing time.
Once production is complete, please allow approximately 7–12 business days for shipping.
Production and shipping times are separate. Please keep these estimated timeframes in mind before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your board arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Handmade Variations
Every resin board is individually handcrafted. Small variations in resin patterns, colors, placement, texture, and other details are expected.
These differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send a product back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
