Shipping Policy

At Swiftie Boards, every resin board is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Each board is made to order, meaning production begins after your purchase is placed.

Processing & Production Time

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production. This includes crafting, resin pouring and curing, finishing, polishing, quality inspection, and final preparation.

Because each board is individually handmade, production times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Once your board is completed, it will be prepared for shipment and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After production is complete, shipping typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier operations.

Please remember that the 4–6 week production period and 7–12 business day shipping period are separate.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing, if applicable

  • High seasonal demand

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your board has shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Swiftie Boards is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delays & Support

Because our resin boards are handcrafted and made to order, we appreciate your patience while your piece is being created. The production time allows the resin to properly cure and each board to be carefully finished before shipment.
